The 17th-century listed bolthole captured the essence of charm and history. the accommodation was equipped with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and flat-screen TV, perfect for a cozy night in. The location was ideal, with easy access to Bakewell and the Monsal Trail. We enjoyed exploring the nearby Haddon Hall and Ashford Castle, both just a short distance away. the patio and garden provided a serene outdoor space to relax and unwind. Although the cleanliness could have been better, the overall experience was delightful. the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend the Aubrey to anyone looking for a unique and charming retreat in Bakewell. My time here was a true reflection of my love for historic buildings and cozy accommodations.
